V prvem delu je prikazana priprava arhitekturnega modela, ki je osnova nadaljnjemu delu. Sledi priprava ustreznih modelov za oceno statične analize in ugotavljanje prednosti oziroma slabosti, ki jih prinaša projektiranje s tehnologijo BIM.
